ในระหว่างศึกษาต่อ หากพนักงานทำผิดเป็นเหตุให้ได้รับโทษจำคุก หรือถูกเนรเทศหรือได้รับโทษอื่นใดตามกฎหมาย ทำให้พนักงานไม่สามารถเข้ารับการศึกษาต่อจนครบกำหนดระยะเวลาได้ พนักงานยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้แก่บริษัทฯ เท่ากับจำนวนที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 4

ข้อ 4. พนักงานยอมรับว่าหากพนักงานได้ศึกษาต่อจนครบหลักสูตร หรือครบกำหนดระยะเวลาดังที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 2 แล้ว แต่พนักงานไม่ประสงค์ที่จะทำงานกับบริษัทฯ หรือไม่สามารถทำงานให้แก่บริษัทฯ ตามกำหนดระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 3 ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด ๆ อันเนื่องมาจากตัวพนักงานเอง พนักงานยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายหรือ ค่าตอบแทนให้แก่บริษัทฯ จำนวนจำนวน 20,000บาท ( สองหมื่นบาทถ้วน )

ข้อ 10. บริษัทฯ จะจ่ายเงินเดือนให้แก่พนักงานในช่วงระหว่างระยะเวลาที่พนักงานศึกษาต่อตามที่ได้ตกลงกันและตามระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
