Responsibilities :-
• Support sales teams to make Quotation to customer and follow up orders.
• Managing the sales support team to achieve key performance index (KPI).
• Preparing timely reports and filing documentation for Sales Department.
• Ensuring all documents of sales processes such as Sales Requisition (SR), Sales Quotation (SQ), Sales Order (SO) and Invoices are carried out accurately and quickly.
• Coordinating with other departments in following up shipment and solving any customer’s problems.
• Supporting sales teams in following up documentation for indent sales and project sales.
• Coordinate with sales teams and provide information for sales meeting.
• Monitoring training and sales support team.
• Monitoring customer credit and payment.
• Design marketing media for company’s image and products.
• Other jobs as assigned by Sales Division Manager.

Qualifications :-
• Male or female, aged 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years direct experience in a sales, sales support, sales coordination position.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills.
