วิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชตามมุมมองของมหาบัณฑิต เพื่อรวบรวมข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชตามมุมมองของมหาบัณฑิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่มหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลศาสตร์แขนงการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปี 2550 – 2557 จำนวน 162 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช มีดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหา0.95 ค่าความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยนเบนมาตรฐาน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย-สุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชมีคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ทั้ง 7 ด้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับคะแนนมากที่สุด โดยคะแนนด้าน1)มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม( ¯x8.98, SD 0.64 ) 2)มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี( ¯x8.95, SD 0.74 ) 3)มีความรับผิดชอบค่าเฉลี่ย ( ¯x8.78, SD 0.80 ) จากคำถามปลายเปิดพบมีคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์เพิ่มเติมด้านภาวะผู้นำ ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตในด้านของภาวะผู้นำเพิ่มเติมเนื่องจากพบในคำถามปลายเปิดและเป็นคุณลักษณะและอัฒลักษณ์ที่มีความสำคัญในด้านการบริหารการพยาบาล

This research study aims to describe the features and identity of the graduate nursing management nurse researchers.
