4. การกระทำนั้นทำให้เกิดความเสื่อมเสียชื่อเสียงและภาพลักษณ์ของบริษัทฯ หรือไม่
5. การกระทำนั้นส่งผลเสียต่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ อย่างร้ายแรงหรือไม่
หรือสอบถามผู้บังคับบัญชาตามลำดับชั้น ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ให้คำแนะนำในขั้นต้น หรือสอบถามโดยตรงไปยังหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในเรื่องนั้นๆ
