1.กรณีได้รับสิทธิตามมาตรา 25 และมาตรา 26 จะต้องไม่ใช้หรือยินยอมให้ช่างฝีมือหรือผู้ชำนาญการซึ่งเป็นคนต่างด้าวที่ผู้ได้รับการส่งเสริมนั้นไปประกอบอาชีพหรือปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดนอกเหนือขอบเขตหน้าที่ของตำแหน่งที่ได้รับอนุมัติ และเมื่อช่างฝีมือหรือผู้ชำนาญการผู้ใดพ้นจากตำแหน่งหน้าที่ดังกล่าว ต้องแจ้งให้สำนักงานทราบภายในวันที่ 15 นับจากวันที่ผู้นั้นพ้นจากตำแหน่ง.
