ไทยเบฟให้การสนับสนุนผ่านการดําเนินงานของสมาคมพัฒนาประชากรและชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ปี 2550 จนถึงปัจจุบัน โดยสมาคมจะนําเงินที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัทไปจัดตั้งธนาคารชุมชน ให้คําแนะนําแก่สมาชิกในชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการสร้างอาชีพ และให้กู้ยืมเงินเพื่อไปประกอบอาชีพเมื่อสมาชิกในชุมชนมีรายได้จะนําเงินมาใช้คืนกองทุน การดําเนินการดังกล่าวส่งผลให้ชาวบ้านมี คุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น สามารถพึ่งพาตัวเองได้นอกจากนี้โครงการยังช่วยปลูกจิต สํานึกชุมชนให้ดํารงชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อให้มีความเข้มแข็ง และไม่สร้างภาระหนี้สิน โดยไม่จําเป็น โดยบริษัทให้การสนับสนุนหมู่บ้าน 2 แห่ง ได้แก่หมู่บ้านสําโรง อําเภอลําปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์และ บ้านลานหมู่ 5 อําเภอบ้านไผ่จังหวัดขอนแก่น และยังมุ่งมั่นที่ขยายผลเพื่อสร้าง ความเข้มแข็งแก่ชุมชนอื่นๆ อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
