บทคัดย่อ
ในการวิจัยโครงการ เรื่อง การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาในการใช้บริการสหการวิทยาลัยธาตุพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาในการใช้บริการของสการของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยธาตุพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 280 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงจำนวน 147 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.50 มีอายุระหว่าง 15-18 ปีจำนวน 164 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.60 กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประกาศนัยบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) จำนวน 163 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.20 กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสาขาบัญชี จำนวน 87 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.10
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาในการใช้บริการสหการวิทยาลัยธาตุพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม พบว่า ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์บริการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ด้านผู้ให้บริการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและด้านราคาสินค้า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
