งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาผลของการปลดปล่อยไนโตรเจนจากปุ๋ยหมักเติมอากาศโดยใช้ข้าว โพดหวานเป็นพืชตัวอย่างและชุดดินองครักษ์ในการทดสอบ ในการทดสอบนี้วางแผนการทดลองแบบ (Randomized Complete Block,RCB)โดยแบ่งการทดลองเป็น 6 ชุดการทดลอง 4 ซ้ำ โดยเก็บตัวอย่างของดินมาวิเคราะห์ตั้งแต่เริ่มปลูกจนอายุครบ 60 วันโดยเก็บตัวอย่างดินมาวิเคราะห์ทุก 15 วัน เพื่อวิเคราะห์หา อินทรียวัตถุในดิน (Organic meter,OM) ค่าความเป็นกรด-ด่าง (pH) ค่าสภาพการนำไฟฟ้า(Electrical conductivity,EC) ปริมาณแอมโมเนียม(NH4+) และ ไนเตรท(NO3-) ซึ่งจากผลการทดสอบพบว่าชุดการทดลองที่ 3 คืออัตราส่วนปุ๋ยหมักเติมอากาศ 0.5 กิโลกรัม/ ดิน 10 กิโลกรัม
