สัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลตั้งแต่ 1 เมษายน 2558 ถึง 31 มีนาคม 2559 การแจ้งยกเลิกสัญญาจะต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน ก่อนที่จะมีผลบังคับ ถ้าไม่มีการยกเลิกสัญญา สัญญานั้นจะมีผลต่อไปจนครบสัญญาตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
