ผีตาโขน เป็นเทศกาลที่จัดขึ้นในอำเภอด่านซ้าย จ.เลย ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางภาคอีสานของประเทศไทย เป็นเทศกาลที่เกิดขึ้นในเดือน 7 ซึ่งมักจัดมากกว่าสามวันในบางช่วงระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม และกรกฎาคม โดยจัดขึ้นในวันที่ได้รับเลือกให้จัดขึ้นในแต่ละปีโดยคนทรงประจำเมือง ซึ่งงานบุญประเพณีพื้นบ้านนี้มีชื่อเรียกว่า บุญหลวง โดยแบ่งออกเป็นเทศกาล ผีตาโขน, ประเพณีบั้งไฟ และงานบุญหลวง (หรือ บุญผะเหวด)
