รายงานวิจัย เรื่อง ความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าใช้บริการห้องพยาบาลโรงเรียนเลิงนกทา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ผู้วิจัยได้ทำแบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจ และเลือกกลุ่มนักเรียนคือนักเรียนโรงเรียนเลิงนกทาทุกระดับชั้น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อที่จะศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเลิงนกทา มีความคิดเห็นอย่างไรต่อการเข้าใช้บริการห้องพยาบาลโรงเรียนเลิงนกทา ทั้งในด้านสถานที่/สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ และด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศห้องพยาบาล ของห้องพยาบาลโรงเรียนเลิงนกทา เพื่อที่จะนำข้อมูลสารสนเทศมาพัฒนาภาพของห้องพยาบาล
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามแล้วไปปรึกษาผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง เมื่อแก้ไขเสร็จสิ้นได้นำไปถ่ายเอกสาร 240 แผ่น เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนโรงเรียนเลิกทาภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนเลิงนกทา อำเภอเลิงนกทา จังหวัดยโสธร เพื่อแจกนักเรียนทุกระดับชั้น ชั้น ม.1 จำนวน 40 คน ม.2 จำนวน 40 คน ม.3 จำนวน 40 คน ม.4 จำนวน 40 คน ม.5 จำนวน 40 คน ม.6 จำนวน 40 คน มีนักเรียนทั้งหมด 2,857 คน งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ยึดถือกระบวนทัศน์การตีความเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปแกรม spss v.22
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าจากแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 240 ชุด ด้านที่ 1 ในด้านสถานที่/สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ข้อที่ 1.1 มากที่สุดคือ การจัดเรียงโต๊ะ-เก้าอี้และความสะอาดของห้องพยาบาล ต่อมาเป็นความเป็นระเบียบของห้องพยาบาล และบรรยากาศและความสงบในห้องพยาบาลและมีแสงเพียงพอและอากาศถ่ายเทได้สะดวก
