เพื่อให้พนักงานได้ระลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณและมีส่วนร่วมในพิธีดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ขอสำรวจรายชื่อพนักงานที่ประสงค์จะเข้าร่วม
โดยแจ้งรายชื่อที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ภายในวันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2559

ทั้งนี้ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล จะทำการรวบรวมรายชื่อและพิจารณาวัน เวลา ที่จะเดินทางพร้อมจัดรถรับส่งเพื่อเข้าร่วมพิธีต่อไป
