ข้อ 7. กรรมการของมูลนิธิต้องมีคุณสมบัติดังนี้
7.1 มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์
7.2 ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลายหรือไร้ความสามารถหรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
7.3 ไม่เป็นผู้ต้องคำพิพากษาให้จำคุกเว้นแต่จะได้กระทำโดยประมาทหรือความผิดลหุโทษ
