หนังสือสัญญานายหน้า/Letter Commission

สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่.................เดือน................2557.......................

คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกันทำสัญญา มีข้อความดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้

5.ทุกอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
6.เงินต้นจะโอนไปประเทศไหนก็ได้
7.ผู้ประสานงานหรือนายหน้าผู้ทรงเกียรติธนาคารเปิดบัญชีให้ที่สาขานั้น
8.หนังสือมอบอำนาจทำนิติกรรมแทนไม่ได้.
9.ภาษีต่างๆผู้ประสานงานหรือนาย หน้าผู้ทรงเกียรติ ต่างรับผิดชอบ
10.ทำการรูดทีเดียวจบ ครั้งที่2
หากรูดไม่ได้ ศูยน์วีซ่าจะล้อคทันที เพราะเส้นทางการเงินไม่ปกติ

ข้อ 2. นายหน้าตกลงจะเป็นผู้ติดต่อดำเนินการให้กับผู้ให้สัญญาจนเสร็จ

ข้อ 3. หากผู้ให้สัญญาได้รับผลสำเร็จจากผลแห่งการที่นายหน้าได้ชี้ช่องหรือจัดการให้ผู้ให้สัญญาตกลงยินยอมจ่ายค่านานหน้าให้แก่นายหน้าในอัตราดังนี้
