Has anyone got the sticky note "Need tattoo artist", but has Becca Collins a tattoo artist in their survivor group and can still use the tattoo ability?

I am using Xbox 360 and living at Snyder's.

On a side note, my same current game has the tattoo issue listed above, can't make Chemical Incendiaries, receive not storage maximum exceeded for construction materials, but I have plenty of construction materials.

Would Undead Labs want to look at this save data?

Issue Tattoo has listed the above, Can not Make Chemical incendiaries, receive not exceeded for Construction Materials Storage maximum, but I have Plenty of Construction Materials. Would Undead Labs Want to Look at Data Save this?
