Thank you very much for the welcome and your kind support throughout the trip in INDIA.
Last Monday I have received an information from QA about the quality of buff barton, invoice 786/AT-009/15-16.
The quality of this lot below the standard and critically affect with the shoe’s quality.
We found that some of leathers have a lower percentage of elongation than 40, tearing strength lower than 120 newton and importantly the thickness lower than 1.6mm.
We found that there are 21,446.5 sqft which thickness is lower than 1.6mm. (total order quantity = 86,615 sq.ft.) which is equivalent to 24.76%
This is a serious matter so please help me check and examine what is the major problem/obstruct in producing the leather.
Why the quality is not the same or stable? Did you always QC and inspect before dispatching?
Kindly check and advise how should we do to resolve this problem.
