ฤดูหนาว กลางเดือนพฤศจิกายนถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ เกิดจากลมมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ซึ่งมีความกดอากาศสูงจากประเทศจีน ทำให้มีอากาศหนาวเย็นและแห้งแล้งแผ่ลงมาปกคลุมจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี
