การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามตัวแปรสังกัดโรงเรียน วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน และเพื่อศึกษาแนวการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 205 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของ Yamane (1973) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ในการวิเคราะห์ ใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Arithmetic Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) หากพบค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะนำไปทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการ LSD (Least Significant Difference) และการหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ครูในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี มีทัศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในเรื่องของจิตพิสัย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
2) การเปรียบเทียบการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามตัวแปรสังกัดโรงเรียน วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่าภาพรวมทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นในด้านการสร้างลักษณะนิสัย แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทั้งนี้เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ LSD พบว่า ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5-10 ปี มีทัศนะต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 สูงกว่า ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานีที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานน้อยกว่า 5 ปี
3) ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 15 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปัตตานี ได้เสนอแนะต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ว่าครูควรวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนเพื่อออกแบบระบบการสอนให้นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง อีกทั้งตัวผู้สอนจะต้องใฝ่เรียนรู้และทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม มีการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนให้เหมาะกับลักษณะของผู้เรียน และต้องมีมุทิตาจิตต่อนักเรียนอย่างจริงใจ รวมไปถึงผู้สอนจะต้องมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สื่อสารให้นักเรียนเข้าใจ
