ชำระค่าเช่าหรือไม่ก็ตาม และไม่ว่าผู้เช่าจะประกอบธุรกิจในสถานที่เช่าหรือไม่ก็ตาม ใ ห้ถือว่าผู้เช่าครอบครองสถานที่
เช่านับตั้งแต่วันที่อาคารศูนย์การค้าฯ เปิดดำเนินการเป็นต้นไป จนกว่าผู้เช่าจะได้ส่งมอบการครอบครองสถานที่เช่า
