ประสบการณที่ดี จะเป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองมากยิ่งขึ้น ดังคำกล่าวที่ว่า
“กล้าเลอะ ยิ่งเยอะประสบการณ์”
เรียนท่านคณะกรรมการที่เคารพ กระผมชื่อ นายวีรภัทร เคนบุบผา ชื่อเล่น โฟร์โมสต์ เกิดวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2538 อายุ 19 ปี ที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน บ้านเลขที่ 448/3 หมู่ 18 ตำบลขามใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 34000 เบอร์โทรศัพท์ 045-355303 , 089-8454265 ปัจจุบันกำลังศึกษาอยู่ปีที่ 1 คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี เกรดเฉลี่ย 3.87 งานอดิเรก คือ การทำงานประดิษฐ์ อาทิเช่น ดอกไม้ประดิด ผ้าพันคอจากไหมพรม ซึ่งเป็นการฝึกสมาธิที่ดีอีกอย่างหนึ่ง การมีสมาธิที่ดี จะทำให้เราอ่านหนังสือได้คุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น การเรียนนิติศาสตร์จะต้องใช้การอ่านเป็นสำคัญ ฉะนั้น การมีสมาธิที่ดีย่อมจะนำไปสู่สิ่งที่ดี ตามมาได้
ในสมัยมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายกระผมได้เดินทางไปเข้าค่ายสานฝันของคณะและสถาบันต่างๆ เช่น คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ รวมไปถึงค่ายรัฐสภาสัญจร เพื่อเป็นการสร้างมิตรภาพจากเพื่อร่วมค่ายที่มีความฝันและอยากที่จะมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่สนใจร่วมกัน จึงเป็นการดีหากกระผมจะได้ร่วมเดินทางไปกับมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในด้านต่างๆ รวมถึงจะได้รับมิตรภาพระหว่างกันอีกด้วย
เหตุผลที่กระผมอยากเข้าร่วมโครงการ Mekong Field School Project 2014 ซึ่งมีเหตุผลอยู่ 2 ประการ ดังนี้
ประการที่ 1 เป็นโครงการที่จะได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กันของนักศึกษา ในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับแม่น้ำโขง เช่น การพัฒนาลุ่มน้ำโขง เขื่อนกับการพัฒนา เป็นต้น ซึ่งล้วนแล้วแต่เป็นสิ่งที่อยู่ใกล้ตัวเรา และในอนาคตจะมีการเปิดประชาคมอาเซียน ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับแม่น้ำโขง ยิ่งจะมีบทบาทต่อการดำเนินชีวิตเพิ่มมากขึ้น
ประการที่ 2 เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และวัฒนธรรมระหว่างกันของนักศึกษา โดยจะได้ทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน มีการลงภาคสนามและวิภาควิจารณ์เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับแม่น้ำโขง ถือเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้เกี่ยวกับแม่น้ำโขงอีกด้านหนึ่ง ซึ่งแต่ละประเทศล้วนมีประสบการณ์หรือมีทัศนคติต่อแม่น้ำโขงที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งก็จะต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารระหว่างกัน จะเป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของตัวกระผมเอง เพราะภาษาอังกฤษยิ่งจะทวีความสำคัญมากมาย ภาษาถือเป็นวัฒนธรรมอีกอย่างหนึ่งที่เราจะได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน
