ผู้จัดการต้องมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลัก

ผู้จัดการต้องมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่ายี่สิบปีบริบูรณ์
(๒) เป็นผู้ได้รับวุฒิบัตรหรือมีประสบการณ์ตามที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนดหรือมีหนังสือรับรองว่าได้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาการบริหารจัดการโรงแรมตามหลักสูตรที่คณะกรรมการรับรอง
