การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสภาพการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมลูกเสือตามวงจรคุณภาพในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 2)เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมลูกเสือตามวงจรคุณภาพในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 จำแนกตามประเภทของโรงเรียน และวุฒิทางลูกเสือของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
