การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อการใช้บริการรีสอร์ทซีดซลล์ อำเภอเกาะลันตา จังหวัดกระบี่ ในด้านลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักท่องเที่ยว ที่มาใช้บริการ รีสอร์ทซีเซลล์ อำเภอเกาะลันตา จังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 222 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว
