อาหาร “What’s the food ?” ของหนังสือพิมพ์ฯ ซึ่งผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการออกแบบรูปแบบรายการโทรทัศน์ “What’s the food ?” ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการขั้นตอนต่างๆเกี่ยวกับออกแบบและถ่ายทำรายการ1ตัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย1)รูปแบบรายการโทรทัศน์ประเภทรายการอาหาร“What’s the food ?” บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพด้านรูปแบบ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาภาควิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ที่ได้ชมรูปแบบรายการโทรทัศน์ ประเภทรายการอาหาร “What’s the food ?” บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ และตัวอย่างรายการจำนวน 1 ตอน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จากนักศึกษาภาควิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาทั้งหมด 4 ชั้นปี ได้จำนวน 40 คน จากชั้นปีละ 10 คน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คุณภาพของรูปแบบรายการโทรทัศน์ ประเภทรายการอาหาร “What’s the food ?” ของหนังสือพิมพ์ฯ อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่มีต่อรูปแบบรายการโทรทัศน์ ประเภทรายการอาหาร“What’s the food ?” ของหนังสือพิมพ์ฯ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างพึงพอใจสูงสุดในด้านเนื้อหากระชับเข้าใจง่าย ลำดับภาพมีความเหมาะสม และความสอดคล้องระหว่างเสียงกับภาพ
