ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมให้ผู้รับจ้างโอนสิท

ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมให้ผู้รับจ้างโอนสิทธิหน้าที่ตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วน
หรือมอบหมาย หน้าที่ตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ให้บุคคลอื่นรับผิดชอบแทนผู้รับจ้างได้ โดยผู้รับจ้างจะแจ้งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนการโอนสิทธิหน้าที่ดังกล่าวให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก โดยที่ผู้รับจ้างยังคงมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบต่อผู้ว่าจ้างตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ทุกประการ

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

The employer agrees to hire, transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part
.Or assigned duties under this Agreement to any other person responsible on behalf of the taxi. The contractor will notify the employer prior to the transfer of such rights to third parties.
