ณ สิ้นปี 2556 บริษัทมีร้าน 7-Eleven ทั่วประเทศรวม 7,429 สาขา โดยเป็นร้านในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล 3,395 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46) เป็นร้าน ในต่างจังหวัด 4,034 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54) เมื่อแบ่งตามประเภทของร้านพบว่า มีร้านสาขาบริษัท 3,248 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44) ส่วนที่เหลือเป็นร้านแฟรนไชส์ 3,593 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48) และร้านค้าที่ได้รับ สิทธิช่วงอาณาเขต 588 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 8) ปัจจุบันมีลูกค้าเข้าร้าน 7-Eleven เฉลี่ยวันละ 9.2 ล้านคน


ทั้งนี้ในปี 2556 บริษัทได้ขยายสาขาร้าน 7-Eleven อย่างต่อเนื่องรวม 607 สาขา ทั้งในรูปแบบของร้าน ในทำเลปกติ และร้านในสถานีบริการน้ำมันของบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ของลูกค้า กลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด โดย ณ สิ้นปี 2556 บริษัทมีร้านในทำเลปกติ 6,373 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86) และร้านในสถานีบริการน้ำมัน ปตท. 1,056 สาขา (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14)


และบริษัทมีแผนขยายสาขาเพิ่มขึ้นปีละประมาณ 600 สาขา เพื่อมุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย 10,000 สาขา ภายในปี 2561 และมุ่งเน้นกลยุทธ์การเป็นร้านอิ่มสะดวกของคนไทย โดยให้ความสำคัญกับอาหารพร้อมทานที่สด สะอาด ปลอดภัย และการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ร่วมกับคู่ค้า เพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าใหม่ที่หลากหลาย มีจำหน่ายเฉพาะที่ร้าน 7-Eleven
