การจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสง

การจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ออกแบบสร้างเครื่องจักรที่ต้องมีเงื่อนไขในการผลิตที่ซับซ้อนและมีการควบคุมคุณภาพในการผลิตที่ละเอียดและหลากหลาย และกระบวนการทำงานของเครื่องจักรขึ้นอยู่กับชุดโปรแกรมภาษาที่ใช้ในการสร้างเงื่อนไขควบคุมการทำงานของไมโครคอนโทรเลอร์ ในการกำหนดเงื่อนไขต่างๆให้เครื่องทำงานตามต้องการ จากปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตแผ่นยางพาราในขั้นตอนการไล่ความชื้นแผ่นยางพาราซึ่งโดยทั่วไปเกษตรกรจะใช้การตากแดดเพื่อใช้ความร้อนของแดดไล่ความชื้นภายในแผ่นยางให้ละเหยไปทำให้แผ่นยางพาราที่ได้มีคุณภาพที่ไม่เป็นมาตรฐานและมีความชื้นที่แตกต่างกันทำให้ราคาของแผ่นยางพาราขายไม่ได้ราคาจากปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเกษตรกร
ทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงคิดจัดสร้างเครื่องต้นแบบการอบไล่ความชื้นในแผ่นยางพารา ควบคุมด้วยระบบอัตโนมัติ โดยเครื่องต้นแบบการอบไล่ความชื้นแผ่นยางพาราที่ได้จัดทำขึ้นจะสามารถอบแผ่นยางพาราได้ครั้งละ 5 แผ่นโดยมีอุณหภูมิสูงสุดที่ 60 องศาเซลเซียล และสามารถดูค่าน้ำหนักและค่าความชื้นของแผ่นยางแต่ละแผ่นทางหน้าตู้ได้อีกด้วยทำให้ผู้ผลิตแผ่นยางพาราสามารถตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้วยตนเองอีกด้วย โดยการทำงานจะใช้น้ำหนักเฉลี่ยของแผ่นยางพาราไปใช้ในการคำนวณหาความชื้นภายใน ทำให้แผ่นยางที่ได้แต่ละแผ่นมีเกณฑ์คุณภาพที่ใกล้เคียงกันและดีขึ้นกว่าการตากแดดทั่วๆไป
