พิเชษฐ์ กรุงเกตุ หรือเชษฐ์ อายุ ๒๙ ปี ชาวพิจิตร เป็นโปลิโอตั้งแต่เกิด เล่าว่า เมื่อก่อนอาศัยอยู่ที่สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กพิการและทุพพลภาพปากเกร็ด

จากสถาบันเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลปทุมธานี คลองหก ได้รับพระราชทานปริญญาบัตรจากสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี
