ข้อ 3 ในกรณีที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุขึ้นในการเดินทางนี้ผู้ให้เช่ายินยอมรับผิดชอบชดใช้ค่าเสียหายแก่ ผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บ เสียหาย หรือถึงแก่กรรมตามที่ตัวแทนโดยชอบธรรมหรือเจ้าตัวผู้โดยสารเองเรียกร้องทุกประการ

ข้อ 8 ในกรณีที่ผู้ให้เช่าไม่อาจใช้รถที่เช่านำผู้โดยสารไปให้ถึงที่หมายได้ ผู้ให้เช่าต้องยินยอมให้หักเงินค่าเช่าที่ยังคงเหลืออยู่ตามข้อ 2 ให้ผู้เช่าหรือตัวแทนใช้ว่าจ้างรถรายอื่นจนถึงที่หมาย
