จากการศึกษาระดับปัจจัยของนักศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตร 4 ปี (ปกติ) และชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตร 2 ปี (เทียบโอน) สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลศรีวิชัย วิทยาเขตนครศรีธรรมราช (ไสใหญ่)ที่มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล ผู้วิจัยได้อภิปรายผลจากการศึกษา ดังนี้

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย วิทยาเขตนครศรีธรรมราช พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล ชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตร 4 ปี (ปกติ) และชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตร 2 ปี (เทียบโอน) อยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.02,S.D = 0.89) โดยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์(x ̅ =4.08,S.D = 0.81) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยของ แมคแคลแลนด์ (2552 ) ที่พบว่า บุคคลที่ประสบความสำเร็จในด้านต่างๆ มักจะมีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในระดับที่สูง ส่วนปัจจัยอันดับที่สองที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคือ ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว (x ̅= 4.04,S.D = 0.95)
