เป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ชั้น ๑
๑.๒ ได้แต้มระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒.๕๐
๑.๓ มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานทางการพยาบาล หลังจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่น้อยกว่า
๑ ปี (นับถึงวันรายงานตัวเข้าศึกษา)
๑.๔ ผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัตินอกเหนือจากเกณฑ์ข้อ (๒) อาจได้รับการพิจารณาให้สมัครเข้ารับการคัดเลือก
