ผู้รับจ้างตกลงที่จะรับประกันผลงานตามสัญญานี้เป็นระยะเวลา1ปี(หนึ่ง)หรือผู้รับจ้างจะจัดทำหนังสือค้ำประกันของธนาคารภายในประเทศเป็นจำนวนเงินร้อยละ10(สิบ)ของราคาสุดท้ายในสัญญามามอบเพื่อเป็นหลักประกันผลงานตามสัญญาตามขอบเขตการรับประกันแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างโดยมีอายุการค้ำประกันถึงกำหนด1ปี(หนึ่ง)นับจากวันที่รับมอบงานทั้งหมดตามสัญญา
