11.2 ในกรณีที่มีบุคคลอื่นละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์งานโสตทัศนวัสดุ ภายใต้สัญญานี้ “ผู้อนุญาต” ตกลงมอบอำนาจในการร้องทุกข์ฟ้องร้องและดำเนินคดีเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิในงานโสตทัศนวัสดุตามสัญญานี้ให้แก่ “ผู้รับอนุญาต” เพื่อดำเนินการแทนภายในอายุแห่งสัญญานี้
