จากการทำแบบสอบถามเรื่องการเล่นกีฬาในเวลาเรียน พบว่าสาเหตุส่วนใหญ่มาจากการที่นักเรียนคิดว่าการเล่นกีฬาในเวลาเรียนนี้เป็นการเล่นเพื่อความผ่อนคลาย แต่อย่าไรก็ตามเนื่องจากการเล่นกีฬาในเวลาเรียนนั่นเป็นการทำให้เสียเวลาเรียนทั้งยังเป็นการเล่นในเวลาที่ไม่เหมาะสม ดังนั้นเราจึงควรห้ามไม่ให้มกาารเล่นกีฬาในเวลาเรียนเพราะบางครั้งอาจเป็นการรบกวนคนอื่น
