บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อที่จะได้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความนิยมการออกกำลังกายของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/9
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า เป็นนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ คอมพิวเตอร์
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความนิยมการออกกำลังกายต่างๆ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/9 มีความนิยมการออกกำลังกายที่หลากหลายและชัดเจน
2. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/9 มีความนิยมในการออกกำลังกายเช่น ฟุตซอล ฟุตบอล แบดมินตัน เทเบิลเทนนิส และกีฬาว่ายน้ำเป็นต้น
