ปัญหา-สื่อสารไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ บางคนแทบจะไม่คุยภาษาอังกฤษเลย
แก้ไข-ฉันต้องฟังอย่างช้าๆและต้องมีพี่สตาฟคอยช่วยอยู่ข้างๆ
ประโยชน์-ได้รู้ถึงความเป็นอยู-ว่าชอบกินอะไร เป็นคนอย่างไร
