ครูควรถูกลดภาระหน้าที่อื่นที่นอกเหนือจากการสอน และควรให้ความสำคัญกับกิจกรรมอื่นๆบ้าง เช่น ลูกเสือ การทัศนศึกษา เพื่อให้เด็กได้มีทักษะในการอยู่รอดภายในสังคม
