วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุน ผลตอบแทนของการผลิตข้าวสังข์หยด ในอำเภอเขาชัยสน จังหวัดพัทลุง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือเกษตรกรที่ผลิตข้าวสังข์หยดในอำเภอเขาชัยสน จำนวน 64 ราย เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม มีการเก็บข้อมูลทั้งปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิ
