พนักงานกด CBN blank ไม่ดี
ทำให้เกิดรอยเชื่อมใหญ่เกิน Standard กำหนด
QC : พนักงานตรวจสอบ KAKE CUTTING EDGE
แล้วก็จับงานตั้งดู KAKE CUTTING EDGE ด้านข้าง พร้อมกับนับ Step Breakers
เห็นอาการผิดปกติ 2 อย่างคือ CBN SHU กับ SUKIMA
เสร็จแล้วก็ตรวจสอบดู Crack ด้านข้าง
พนักงานเห็นว่าเส้นของ CBN SHU มีลักษณะเอียงมากกว่าของ SUKIMA
พนักงานจึงแยกไว้ 5 ตัว
และคิดว่า SUKIMA OK
จึงทำการวัดค่าแต่ CBN SHU อย่างเดียว
และ CBN SHU อยู่ในค่าจึงเข้าใจว่าเป็นงานดี
เลยส่งต่อไปยัง GIFU
