คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาก่อนครบกำหนดได้ ทั้งนี้จะต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน ยกเว้นกรณีผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ทันทีตามที่กล่าวไว้ในข้อ 7 และข้อ 8

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

The parties both parties has the right to dismiss the contract before maturity. This will provide a written notice to the other end not less than 7 days, except in case of employment has the right to dismiss the contract immediately, as mentioned in article 7 and 8.
