การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวที่ดีขึ้น
2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคล่องแคล่วว่องไวเมื่อได้รับการพัฒนาความคล่องแคล่วว่องไว ก่อนการฝึก (Pre-test) และหลังการฝึก (Post-test) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาล3 จำนวน 33 คน จากนั้นทำการทดสอบโดยการฝึกตารางเก้าช่องตามโปรแกรมที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ทำการฝึกเป็นระยะเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ สัปดาห์ละ 3 วัน เก็บข้อมูลก่อนการฝึก (Pre - test) และหลังการฝึก (Post - test) โดยทำการทดสอบทั้งหมด 3 รายการจากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละและค่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างภายในกลุ่ม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การฝึกด้วยตารางเก้าช่องก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการฝึกด้วยเส้นตรง ที่กำหนดขึ้น 1 สัปดาห์ ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า มีการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกาย ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05
