1. เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสตรีสิริเกศ
2. เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้คำนึงถึงข้อดีและข้อเสียของสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
3. เพื่อใช้เป็นเอกสารการเรียนรู้เรื่องสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์

3.1 ประชากรหรือบุคคลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่5/7 โรงเรียนสตรีสิริเกศปีการศึกษา 2557
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประชากรหรือนักเรียนที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่5/7 โรงเรียนสตรีสิริเกศ ปีการศึกษา 2557 ที่มีพฤติกรรมติดโทรศัพท์มือถือ จำนวน39คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยการสุ่มอย่างเจาะจง
