การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ในการจัดทำข้อตกลงการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน คณะสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ในการจัดทำข้อตกลงการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาปัญหาในการจัดทำข้อตกลงการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน 4) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการจัดทำข้อตกลงการปฏิบัติงาน โดยเก็บแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน คณะสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ จำนวน 68 คน และใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์แปรปรวน
