บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เสนอระบบสกัดคำสำคัญจากข่าวอาชญากรรมภาษาไทย การสกัดคำสำคัญในข่าวอาชญากรรมภาษไทยนั้นทำได้ยาก เนื่องจากรูปแบบข้อความข่าวอาชญากรรมภาษาไทยนั้นมีความซับซ้อนและความหลายของคำ งานวิจัยนี้จึงได้นำการใช้ regular exception มาใช้ในการสกัดคำสำคัญ โดยทดสอบกับข่าวอาชญากรรมภาษาไทยในพื้นที่พัทยา ซึ่งสามารถสกัด เวลาที่เกิดเหตุในข่าว วัน เดือน ปีที่เกิดเหตุในข่าว ชื่อคนร้ายในข่าว ชื่อเหยื่อหรือผู้เสียหายในข่าว ประเภทคดีที่พบในข่าว สถานที่เกิดเหตุ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยความถูกต้องในการสกัดทั้งหมด 81.95% เมื่อทำการสกัดคำสำคัญเสร็จแล้วจะเปลี่ยนคำที่ได้จากการสกัดให้อยู่ในรูปแบบของ XML ไฟล์เพื่อที่จะนำเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูลและแสดงรายงานสถิติการเกิดอาชญากรรมเพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจของหน่อยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือ บุคคลทั่วไปเพื่อตระหนักถึงความเสี่ยงในพื้นที่เกิดอาชญากรรมต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มความตื่นตัวต่ออาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่นั้นๆ
