จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติที่มีต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชี และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อทัศนคติการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชี โดยตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรต้น คือปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อทัศนคติ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับชั้นปีที่ศึกษา และความรู้ ความเข้าใจต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชี และตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ ทัศนคติต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชี ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษา รวบรวมมาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 256 ตัวอย่าง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาประกอบกับความถี่ ร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย
จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบว่านักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชีที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20-22 ปี นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เรียนปริญญาตรีหลักสูตร 4 ปี และเป็นนักศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 4 ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาสาขาการบัญชี ที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับมากที่สุด มีจำนวน 129 คน รองลงมีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับมาก จำนวน 22 คน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับปานกลาง จำนวน 39 คน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับน้อย จำนวน 5 คน และมีความรู้ความเข้าใจระดับน้อยที่สุด จำนวน 61 คน จากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่เป็นนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชีชั้นปีที่ 1 ชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระดับมากที่สุด และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชีชั้นปีที่ 2 มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระดับมาก และด้านทัศนคติต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชี ส่วนใหญ่มีข้อมูลทัศนคติต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการบัญชี อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชี รองลงมาคือเรื่องจรรยาบรรณผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชี และเรื่องการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาชีพของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชี
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถเป็นประโยชน์ต่อมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสานในการจัดการเรียนการสอนหรือจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาทัศนคติต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักศึกษาอันจะส่งผลดีต่อตัวนักศึกษา โดยสามารถศึกษาได้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมายและส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการเป็นนักบัญชี ที่ดี
