ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านภูมินทร์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดน่าน ใกล้กับพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติน่าน เดิมชื่อ วัดพรหมมินทร์ เป็นวัดที่แปลกกว่าวัดอื่นๆ คือโบสถ์และวิหารสร้างเป็นอาคารหลังเดียวกัน ประตูไม้ทั้งสี่ทิศแกะสลักลวดลาย โดยช่างฝีมือล้านนาสวยงามมาก
