การวิจัยเรื่อง ผลกระทบในด้านสุขภาพของเกษตรกรหลังจากใช้สารเคมีในการทำการเกษตร หมู่ที่ 5 บ้านถ่อน ตำบลบ้านถ่อน อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ( 1) เพื่อศึกษาหาผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นต่อสุขภาพและร่างกายของเกษตรกรหลังจากที่ใช้สารเคมีในการทำการเกษตร (2) ศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเกษตรกรที่ใช้สารเคมี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรในหมู่ที่ 5 บ้านถ่อน ตำบลบ้านถ่อน อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi – stage random sampling technique) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 50 ราย เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ของเกษตรกร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ คือ ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าต่ำสุด (minimum) ค่าสูงสุด (maximum)
