ฉันรักแปการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารเครือข่ายสิงห์ -ศรีมงคล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ใน 17 ด้าน โดยใช้ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 5 ระดับ คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Ioc) = 0.80-1.00 มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นประชากรครูทั้งหมดในสถานศึกษาเครือข่ายสิงห์-ศรีมงคล จำนวน 103 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 โดยนำแบบสอบถามบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร เครือข่ายสิงห์-ศรีมงคล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3ใน 17 ด้าน ๆ ละ2 ข้อไปแจกด้วยตนองและรับกลับด้วยตนเองจำนวน 103 ฉบับ
