การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงพฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือและปัจจัยการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือของนักศึกษาภาคปกติ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม
โดยทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากนักศึกษาภาคปกติ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม จำนวน 100 ตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์มือถือ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีความทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวีทางสถิติด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ( SPSS )
