รายงานวิจัยเรื่อง ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ ชุมชนบ้านคลองบางปิ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ (Opinions about Buying Health Insurance of the Elderly Community, Baan Khlong Bang Ping, SamutPrakan) อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดรุณวรรณ สมใจ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบสำรวจ (Survey Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ และศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนบ้านคลองบางปิ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 180 คน ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 100 ชุด และวอเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้จำนวน (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percent) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และทดสอบสมมติฐานเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่าง โดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์แมนน์-วิทนีย์ หรือ U-test สถิติวิเคราะห์ Kruskal-Wallis Test และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์หาสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation Analysis) โดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน (Spearman rank correlation coefficient)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนบ้านคลองบางปิ้ง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 180 คน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 60-70 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 5,000 บาทต่อเดือน การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีสถานภาพสมรส และส่วนใหญ่มีโรคทางพันธุกรรม คือ ความดันโลหิตสูง การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า เพศที่แตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ส่วนอายุ รายได้ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 แต่โรคทางพันธุกรรมที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมนระหว่างปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาดกับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ปัจจัยด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดมีความสัมพันธ์ระดับปานกลางกับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.01 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านราคาไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อประกันสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ 0.01
